Josef Weiß Elektrotechnik is a family owned company based in Hunding, specialised in electrical engineering, large scale installations and modern energy systems. They approached me with a clear goal. Refresh their visual identity, modernise all design tools used internally, and build a social media framework to support their employer branding and recruitment strategy.

The work was divided into three phases. First, a complete redesign of their logo, typography, color system, and iconography, keeping the heritage of the original JW lightning mark while bringing clarity and consistency. Second, a full set of editable templates for all daily tools. InDesign layouts for documents, business cards, flyers, leaflets, posters, office materials, and digital communication. Everything created so their marketing manager could update content independently. Third, a social media design system built in Figma for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. The focus was on recruitment, employee benefits, project highlights, daily life on the job, and the new brand positioning with slogans such as voi gstromt and In Hunding dahoam, in der Welt zu Hause.

My role covered brand design, visual system creation, layout design, icon sets, typography rules, and the full social media template library. The result is a flexible and modern identity that strengthens their visibility, supports hiring needs, and stays usable for years.
